Heavy duty, dual-piston pyrotechnic ejector rack for carriage and release of stores weighing up to 5,000 lbs
The MAU-12 Ejector Rack Assembly is designed to suspend on aircraft and eject conventional or nuclear stores, and external fuel tanks. The bomb rack uses electrically fired impulse cartridges and a gas operated mechanism.
The rack is equipped with two sets of shackles, one set spaced 14 inches apart and one set spaced at 30 inches.
